This Sweet Vinegar Salad Dressing is perfect in many recipes. Keep a batch on hand for your next salad creation. (and it’s easy too!)
I first tried a variation of this Sweet Vinegar Salad Dressing on a black bean and corn dip recipe at a baby shower. I took it and used it on my own ABC Cob Salad and it was a hit. I now keep a batch of it in the fridge all the time (in a repurposed container of course).
It has just the right sweetness to add to many recipes and salads- yet it’s so simple. Try this on your fresh garden salads this season.
Easy Sweet Vinegar Salad Dressing Recipe
- 1/4 C Oil
- 1/4 C Vinegar (I prefer white. But you can use apple to- gives it a bit of a bittersweet flavor)
- 1/4 C Sugar (or sugar substitute)
- Dash of Garlic Salt to taste.
- Store in refrigerator and shake before pouring.

Just made this with garlic seasoning without salt, tasted pretty amazing! I might try adding poppy seeds next time.
