DIY CHRISTMAS GIFT IDEA
Here is another fun and frugal DIY Christmas gift idea for $5 (or less!) Once again, I originally got my supplies from Big Lots and used a $5 off $15 purchase coupon to get even more overall savings. But I am sure there are other ways to find deals on these supplies (like grocery store coupons or the Mrs. Meyer’s freebie offer)
WASH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS GIFT
Here are my supplies:
Foaming Hand Sanitizer- $2
Cute Winter Themed Soap Dispenser- $2
Plastic Christmas Bowl- $0.75 (got it on a 50% off day)
Total= $4.75
I had the ribbon left over from another DIY gift project and the clear cellophane wrap is something I always have on hand (bought after Christmas on clearance of course).
For the tag, you certainly could handwrite the “We Wash You a Merry Christmas” sentiment. OR… I have created a printable for you. Get it here.
My church has decided to give welcome back gifts (for after Winter break) to the teachers at a local school. We used this idea and I created a tag for the Happy New Year sentiment as well. Get the Wash You a Happy New Year printable here.

UPDATE 2019:
I once again have made a few of these frugal gifts for the holiday giving season. This time, I took advantage of a great Mrs. Meyer’s Freebie offer. Who wouldn’t love Mrs. Meyer’s Holiday scents for a gift. See the details on the Mrs. Meyers soap deal here.
