For 2014 I have chosen the word Intentional to guide my daily living. Now just how am I gong to do that? By making purposeful decisions. So I thought I should take it one step further and really set aside a few areas to focus on.

If I get in the blogging groove, I may look up and oops it’s time for lunch. And like many busy moms, I either don’t have time to make a lunch for myself (or I don’t want to make a lunch just for myself, KWIM). That’s when a Zone Perfect bar is a perfect meal option. I grab a bar and a good glass of juice (in the pic is a green goddess fruit and veggie drink- looks terrible but tastes good!). My fave ZonePerfect bars so far are the Fudge Graham and the Perfectly Simple Oatmeal Chocolate Chip (great for an afternoon snack too!)
