Homemade Sweet Caramel Corn
When I was a kid, my mom used to make an amazing Caramel Corn at Christmas time. I don’t know why it took me this long to get the recipe from her (she is “Gigi” in our fam). Oh my- it is sooo good!
And it is a fun kiddo recipe too! Let them get involved with the “shaking”. And now that I have my new microwave popcorn popper, I can’t wait to make this for the next movie night or family get together. Warning- could be habit forming! 🙂
