Columbus Dispatch Apologizes for Late Delivery with Credit- Watch for Email to Claim It!

My In Laws were talking about how their Columbus Dispatch Sunday paper was late. And now we know why:

a series of unexpected mechanical production problems caused late paper deliveries to your home. Frankly, we let all of our loyal readers down and we apologize for that.

To make up for it they are offering a credit to your account (WOW!) If you have a weekly subcription, you will get a week credit. If you have a Sunday only subcription, you will just get one Sunday credit (and so on). BUT the catch is that you have to “Claim Your Credit” via a speical e-mail.

Watch for an email titled: “Our gift of gratitude – one free week.” Just click the button in the email to claim your credit by noon on Sept. 15, 2012. Credits will only be applied to current subscriptions and to subscription accounts that are fully paid to date.
