They are back! The Wendy’s Frosty Coupons Booklet are here! For $1 you get 10 FREE Jr. Frosty coupons! These are awesome to pick up for Trick or Treat, classroom parties or to slip into birthday cards. Lynn- You would have to check to see if your store is participating. I think the promotion may be over now anyways (usually just before Halloween).
