When you sign up your child for a sport. The first things on your mind are hearing the crack of the bat, smelling the fresh cut field and seeing them score (or save) the winning goal. You are not thinking about how to organize all the practices, games, payments and more. But thanks to the TeamSnap sports team management app you don’t have to worry about that.
As a #sportsmom (come on you’ve seen my Instagram pics) you know how busy life can get during the season. But I have loved that my daughter’s soccer teams use TeamSnap app to organize it all. It’s not only helpful for parents organization- but I am sure it has revolutionized team management for coaches and team administrators. Just look at some of the features that TeamSnap offers:
- Manage roster or members
- Communicate news and schedules
- List locations, including address and maps, for all events
- Share photos
- Collect fees
So let me walk you through a little of why I love TeamSnap. As soon as the team admin enters the practice and game schedule into the app, I am sent a notification (via email if you want notification there too). Then I have the option of adding those dates to my iOS calendar- all with a tap of a button. Snap! It’s done. No more transferring all the dates from a printed schedule onto our family calendar. And, if a time or date changes I can easily adjust right from my phone.
Also, any parent whose braved Fall (or Spring) Soccer in Ohio knows that weather can be your biggest opponent. TeamSnap makes it easy for coaches to “call” a practice and notify the parents. I’m sure coaches appreciate the time (and sanity) saver of using TeamSnap to make that “call” instead of literally having to make 14+ calls to all the parents about cancelling practice.
TeamSnap’s features are available on your computer, smartphone or tablet is it really can be used by just about everyone on your team And plans range from the low price of free to just pennies per team member per month depending on what features your team is interested in utilizing.
AND CHECK THIS OUT!!
For a limited time, you can try all of TeamSnap’s time-saving features FREE for three months, no credit card required. Use features like the schedule manager, player availability, and automated email and text alerts free for three months. Then after the 3 month period (instead of usual 21 day trial) choose one of their free or paid plans. Here’s a great way to get to offer. By using your phone of course!

This seriously sounds awesome. I remember back in the day we used a phone tree to call people and let them know practice was cancelled ? This is such a better idea! And I love how it syncs to your calendar too!

The calendar sync is brilliant!!! And just the other night at practice, the coach had to call it due to lightning. Literally all she had to do was click a few buttons in the app to notify all the parents! So helpful!
