On Saturday, May 11, 2013 Campbell Soup Company will join forces with the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) to Stamp Out Hunger across America in order to provide assistance to the rapidly increasing number of Americans who are struggling with hunger. This is the 21st year! Here’s how you get involved with the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive:
It is as easy as 1-2 (not even a 3!)
- Collect non-perishable* food items
- Place by your mail box for letter carrier to deliver to a local food pantry.
Be sure to “like” Stamp Out Hunger on Facebook and follow them on Twitter. Share your donations on social media and encourage your friends to get involved too! The Kroger Green Giant canned food deal this week is perfect timing!
*Donate items like canned meats, fish, soup, bottled juice, vegetables, pasta, cereal and rice that do not require refrigeration. Please do not include items that have expired or are in glass containers.
