Make these no-bake Rolo Pretzel Bites for your holiday party or cookie exchange. The salty-sweet combo is perfect and so is how easy they are to make.
The holiday season is usually full of fun parties and cookie exchanges. While the idea and nostalgia of baking the perfect Christmas cookie might sound goo, actually finding the time (and skill) to do it can be difficult. I LOVE easy no-bake recipes especially during this super busy time of year.
I have seen these Rolo Pretzel Bites before, so I just had to try them out myself. They are super easy, and super delicious! WIN-WIN! The flavor combo of chocolate, caramel, and a salty crunch is popular! This makes them perfect to serve at a party, take them to a cookie exchange or give them to the neighbors (let’s bring that tradition back!)
A few tips on this one. I prefer the square pretzels- just like the look of them better. But you could use the regular small twist kind too. These are also super delicious as a Turtle Bite when you use pecans to top them. Finally, these don’t just have to be for Christmas, use any color M&Ms to match your holiday or event. I can see pink for a baby shower or your team’s colors for a tailgate.
