Hubs used to collect comic books- not a ton, but enough that we have a couple archived boxes in our basement. That love of comics has been passed on (along with his name) to our first born. Every Sunday morning the first thing he does is read the comics. And at bedtime you can often find him reading a Foxtrot collection or something superhero related.
Another fave is the Marvel Encyclopedia. This book is a must for any comic or Marvel fan; pages and pages of artwork and backstory. Just yesterday my son said, hey look mom it’s all about the Civil War… the superhero war that is.
With Captain America- Civil War coming to theaters on May 6th, you may want to read up on this battle between good and good. Not sure how close the movie will be to what is in the book- but with the Captain, Ironman, Antman, Spiderman and more of your Marvel/Avenger faves involved- it’s going to be epic!
