Right now on Family Christian Stores you can pre-buy several new titles from some great authors. I have read several things from Joyce Meyer and Ted Dekker. Both are excellent writers. And if you have a kiddo who is into the Hunger Games/Divergent books. I highly recommend checking out Dekker. I LOVED his Circle Trilogy.
