Pantene Beautiful Lengths Hair Donation Offer, Up to $50 Rebate.

I have had the privilege of donating my hair to several organizations over the years (read more about that here). And here is a new one- Pantene Beautiful Lengths. Beautiful Lengths is a partnership between Pantene and the American Cancer Society. The role of Pantene is to help women grow long, strong, beautiful hair and provide the funds to turn this hair into free, real-hair wigs for women with cancer. And you can be a part too. Fill out the Pantene Beautiful Lengths Hair Donation Kit form. And you can get up to $50 rebate on your salon services.

To receive your rebate (in form of up to a $50 Visa per-paid card):

• visit a participating Wal-Mart store and make a purchase of any Pantene product (excluding trial/travel size products).  Search for Pantene Coupons here.
• hair must have 8 in, no bleach or permanent dyes and less than 5% gray and prepared for mailing (see requirement details here)
• mail in  padded envelope: hair, Walmart receipt, Salon receipt and Donation form

NOTE: The terms state “Upon receipt and review of the completed Kit, Sponsor will mail qualified participants with a rebate in the form of a CitiBank gift card (terms and conditions apply) valued at up to $50. The value of the card will be based on the Salon receipt included in the Kit.”.  So you may not receive the full $50.  I would assume the value of the card is based on the amount of your cut.  If your hair cut was only $20, I doubt you will get back $50. 😉
