After a summer of screen freedom, we are back to limiting time in front of TVs and devices for the school year. During the week- no screens. Mostly because there is just too much other stuff going on. But the weekends are time to relax. Just this last weekend I walked in to find my almost 9 yr old son watching VeggieTales in the House on Netflix. “Hey mom, they have new ones!”
I love that even though my kiddos are “growing up”. They still love the silliness and values in the VeggieTales episodes. In these new episodes, the Veggies meet new lovable friends like Callie Flower and Tina Celerina, adopt a pet guppy, invent a secret flavor of ice cream and of course sing silly new songs. Some of your old faves are back too. Take a look at this clip from the episode called “Larry Boy Duo”
It takes two to fight crime…and nobody knows that better than LarryBoy and Junior Jetpack, the ultimate double-trouble duo! Watch them take down the evil Motato when Veggie Tales in the House hits Netflix 9/25.
