National Bullying Prevention Month, Netflix Movies Help Get Conversation Started #StreamTeam

 

October is National Bullying Prevention Month.  If you have kiddos, it would be a great time to talk to them about bullying.  But it might be a little awkward to just start a conversation out of the blue.  Nextflix has several movies you can stream that will help to get the conversation started.  My family decided to check out Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.  Despite being picked on, Jimmy uses his special skills and talents to save the day!

 

We also found an episode of Martha Speaks that touched on the subject.  A “bad dog” bully, just need to be treated with some kindness to show he really was a “good dog”.  A reminder to us all to treat others the way we want to be treated.
