A few years ago I found this absolutely adorable recipe idea in a store’s October ad flyer. Candy Corn Fruit Cocktail is the perfect little treat for this time of year. And I love that this is a healthy dessert option.
The “recipe” is pretty obvious. I chose to use fresh pineapple and “cutie” clementine oranges, but you certainly could use canned fruit (just look for the variety that is packed in juice not syrup to keep it light). The little bit of aerosol whipped cream on top is just the right “indulgence”. Make these for you little sweeties!
