After running the Rainbow at the Columbus Color Palooza, I need a new pair of shoes. Not only do they still display the colors, the support is also shot inside. My marathon man tells me you should change shoes after every 300 miles. So, looks like I’m shoe shopping! And I love Puma shoes. Especially for dance aerobics classes (Zumba or hip hop). The tread on the bottoms are smooth and make it easier for some of the foot movement (pivoting, sliding) in these type of classes.
