You will see me post about Swagbucks all the time! But what is it you say?! Swagbucks is the largest online free rewards program. As a member of Swagnation, you can earn free stuff for the things you do online already everyday. If you’re new to Swagbucks, here are a few ways to earn Swagbucks (electronic “bucks”= points)…
Searching the web
Got to the Swagbucks home page or download the tool bar. Then use it instead of Google or Yahoo for your search engine. If yours is a winning search, you will see a “Congratulations” screen featuring your Swag Bucks award immediately above your search results. You can win multiple Swag Bucks every day; Swag Bucks can be won in denominations ranging from 1 – 1,000. Sometime there is a captia code with a search win, be sure to enter the letters so you get your “bucks!”
Taking Surveys
Each survey that you chose to engage with may have a different Swag Bucks payout. Completing “deeper profiles” helps Swag Bucks alert you only to surveys for which you qualify and typically enables you to complete more targeted surveys which have significantly higher Swag Bucks payouts. Snag 1 Swag Buck per day just for heading over to the Survey page!

Snag 1 Swag Buck per day for voting in the daily poll.
Watching videos
Swag Bucks are awarded randomly via Swag Bucks TV. Not every video you watch will earn you Swag Bucks, but just like Swag Bucks search, every video you watch is a chance to earn.
Completing Special Offers
To ensure that an offer has been completed, follow the instructions provided for each individual offer. The offer needs be completed in the same session and all information required to complete the offer MUST be accurate. The majority of offers will credit your Swag Bucks account within 20 minutes. However, the estimated wait time varies from offer to offer. Some may take a few hours or a couple of days before final confirmation is received.
Daily Deals
Going to buy a current Daily Deal from a site like Groupon, Living Social or Eversave? Check out Swagbucks first. Often you can earn Swag Bucks for purchasing your daily deal voucher via their site. Swag Buck pay outs from these deals a dependant on the offer.
Playing Games
Swagbucks recently released FREE Swagbucks Games… find a game you like, play for free AND you’ll be eligible to earn bonus Swag Bucks just for playing!! There are two ways to be rewarded for playing games (1) Play games for free and you will randomly earn from 1-5 Swag Bucks (2) Buy into tournaments where you risk a small amount of Swag Bucks for the chance to earn a large amount. Just login or register and click on the “Earn” tab, then in the drop down menu choose “Games”.
Finding Swag Codes
Swag Codes are strings of alphanumeric text that you can apply for instant Swag Bucks. Swag Codes can appear anywhere, and at any time, throughout the Swag Bucks network including the Swagbucks newsletter, the Official Swagbucks blog, Facebook Fan Page, Twitter page, and in the swag store catalog. Swag Codes can be redeemed by entering the codes into the Swag Codes “gimmie” box on the main Swagbucks home page. One word of warning. Swag Codes are meant to be a sort of scavenger hunt with a SB reward at the end. Therefore, it is a big “no, no” to share the actual code with others. So if you know there is a live code, you can mention “look for SB code in the swag store”- but that’s it! If I ever see a code, I will often post a hint on my Facebook Wall. Join Swagbucks today! You will get a bonus 30 “SB” just for joining. It takes a little bit to make it a habit of using Swagbucks for searches (instead of Yahoo). But once you get the hang of it, I am sure you will agree it is well worth it. I make at least $10 in Amazon creds from Swagbucks each month. Really comes in handy at Christmas!
