Disney’s 2016 Movie Line Up… Coming Soon to a Theatre Near You!

I am so excited to share with you the slate of movies Disney has in store for us this year.  It’s full of new stories, classic remakes, action, laughter and droids! There’s a little something for everyone!

I have to share the top 3 I am most looking forward to…

#1 Captain America: Civil War
It’s no secret, I am a comic book super hero gal!  The Marvel/Disney combo packs a punch and I love it! We attended the Marvel Universe Live tour here at Christmas and it was so much fun!  I can’t wait to see Captain America on the big screen again.

#2 The BFG
This one I may be the most excited for. Whenever I had to read in school I always was drawn to the fantasy genre.  I love how it stretches the imagination.  One of my fave authors was Roald Dahl and over the past few months I have been reading all my faves with the kids.  And it all started with the wiz-popping BFG! Seriously can’t wait to see how the masters of imagination at Walt Disney studios bring this one to life!

#3 Pete’s Dragon
Ah Nostalgia! I cannot tell you how many times my little bro and I watched Pete’s Dragon together (along with a ton of other Disney movies we recorded when we had the Free Disney Channel preview weekends! LOL!). I do admit I am nervous that it just won’t live up to my childhood memories, but I remain optimistic. And the awesome thing is, this one comes out near my brother’s birthday- I know how we will be celebrating!
