Ingredients
BUBBA burgerI used Angus, but Original or Sweet Onion would pair nicely too.
Worcestershire sauce
provolone cheese
brioche bun
Caramalized Onions and Pepper
green pepper, sliced
onion, slicedWe prefer purple onions for the color and taste, but any variety will work.
butter
beef bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil
sheet of foil
Instructions
Cut the peppers and onions into thin slices and arrange on foil that has been drizzled with vegetable oil.
Then top the vegetables with dabs of butter, a sprinkle of beef boullion and salt and pepper to taste.
Close the foil to form a packet, but leave a vent in the top.
Place BUBBA burgers on the grill direct from the freezer. Top with a splash of worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetable foil pack at the same time.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on buns and grill them on a top rack the last 2-3 minutes.
Top the BUBBA burger with cheese and grilled vegetables on the bun to create a Philly Cheeseburger.
