Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 pkg Carnation Breakfast Essentials chocolate flavor
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder optional
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp sugar optional

Instructions

  • Simply mix all the ingredients together, will be very stiff.
  • Then form into 2 in(ish) balls.
  • Keep refrigerated.
