chocolate cake mix (18.25 oz)

box of instant vanilla pudding (3.9 oz)

white sugar

water
1/2

vegetable oil

eggs
beaten

sour cream
or vanilla yogurt

cup
milk chocolate chips
Sour Cream and Chocolate Ganache

semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2
cups
sour cream
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 10-12 inch
bundt pan
.
In a bowl, stir together the cake mix, instant pudding and sugar.
Add the water, oil, eggs, and sour cream, mix until well blended. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into the prepared
bundt pan
. Then bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Insert toothpick if it comes out clean- cake is done.
Cool in pan before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Sour Cream and Chocolate Ganache
Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 30 sec intervals until melted
Add in sour cream and vanilla
Mix until creamy
(left overs can be stored in refrigerator and reheated)
