Simple Shrimp Etouffee

shrimp
I buy the frozen bags

water
1/4
C
snipped parsley
1 1/2

salt
1 1/2
t
pepper
1/4
t
Tabasco Sauce
or more to taste
Instructions

Melt butter, then add in flour- stir until lightly browned.
Add veggies and cook until tender
Stir in water, shrimp parsley, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Simmer uncovered for 20 min
Serve over rice.
