JCPenney will once again be offering Free haircuts for the kids, starting in November, after the month long August promotion proved to be a huge success (1.6 million cuts were given away!)
So starting on Sunday, November 4th, JCPenney Salon locations will be giving free haircuts on Sundays to kids in kindergarten through sixth grade. Be sure to call for an appointment. Not sure if they will extend this past November, so call today!
