This is literally my favorite promotion of the whole year! Free food and playing dress-up at the same time! Join Chick-fil-A for this year’s Cow Appreciation Day on Friday July 13th! Chick-fil-A Restaurants nationwide will celebrate the annual event by offering a FREE meal to any guest who visits the restaurant fully dressed as a cow!
Guests dressed “head to hoof” in cow attire will be rewarded with a FREE Chick-fil-A meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner). For those “too chicken” to wear full cow costumes, Chick-fil-A will award a complimentary entrée to customers partially dressed in cow attire, such as a cow-spotted scarf, purse, hat or other accessory. See the pics above, those are my fam from the 2011 festivities. All 4 of us were considered “fully” dresses and received Free meals, drinks too! (Taking the picture was Dad who was also dressed in his trash bag “costume” on his lunch break from work. He was a good sport!)
Costumes can be as elaborate as a realistic Holstein suit, to my fave the white trash bag with black marker spots. You can also download a Cow starter kit (ears, spots, tail…) to help you start your transformation.
And starting July 13, you can enter the Best Cow Costume Photo Contest! Enter on Facebook or use the updated Chick-fil-A iPhone app for a chance to win a $100.00 Chick-fil-A gift card or other prizes!
