SpotOn Reward ProgramI am excited to tell you about a great new customer loyalty/rewards program called SpotOn.  I was in one of my new fave stores, SOHO FX consignment and saw a tablet sitting at the register.  And so I was introduced to SpotOn.  You know I love a good reward program, so I had to learn more!

SpotOn installs tablets in places like cafés and salons so consumers can easily check-in using a smartphone or card to earn rewards and incentives.  For consumers, SpotOn eliminates the need to carry multiple punch cards with a seamless digital check-in to access rewards and perks. Using SpotOn’s tablet-based dashboard, merchants now have an entirely new and simple way to connect with their customers using social, mobile and email marketing. With one click, merchants can learn more about their customers by viewing typical spend and campaign redemption activity.

In a nut-shell, SpotOn offers local businesses the opportunity to reward their loyal customers.  And the customers not only get great offers and deals, but they only need one card to track their rewards at each location.  You can earn “spots” (ie points) for making a purchase, “liking” a Facebook page and more.  Those “spots” can be redeemed for great rewards.  Within one day, I earned enough spots at SOHO FX for a $5 off Coupon!

SpotOn TabletSo far there are over 25 locations usng SpotOn in the Central Ohio area. I love that this is a way for local businesses to reward their customers and vice versa for customers to shop more locally. Some business include: J. Gumbo’s, Josie’s Self Serve Yogurt, Capital City Carwash & Detail, Audacious Boutique,Nicoles for Children and of course SOHO FX.  If you are not in Cbus, no worries- SpotOn is in SoCal, Nashville, Kansas City and maybe a city near you.  Search for your city!

Have you heard of SpotOn?  Seen it around town?  What do you think?
