I recently came across a new rewards program called Plink. Here is a little 411:

Get paid to eat and shop at your favorite stores and restaurants. Join Plink and earn Cash & Rewards from Amazon, iTunes, Home Depot, Facebook and more … just for eating and shopping at some of your favorite stores and restaurants. You’ll earn rewards at more than 35,000 locations nationwide. Free to join

I have not personally used it yet, but it sounds like it could be a really good one! I know someone who has earned $30 in gift cards during her first 2 months of using the program. While usually I would wait to try it myself before posting, she recommended it (and I trust her). The thing that intrigues me is that this is a way to earn rewards on your “offline” spending (because you are already earning online right!?) And who couldn’t use a few Free gift cards during the holiday season!? So let’s try it out together!

One thing I will tell you in advance. They will ask for a credit card/debit card to link to your account. After all, this is how they will track your spending in order to reward you! If you are uncomfortable with that- no worries this program just might not be for you. You could try to link a prepaid credit card, but just remember if you don’t use that card on regular purchases- then you won’t be earning.

I hope to have some personal testimonial for you on this one soon. If you have already had experience with Plink, please leave a comment on this post good or bad!
