For many of us, our “baskets” are overflowing with reasons to be Thankful. I am sure many of you have seen people on Facebook posting once a day for the month of November something for which they are thankful. This year I thought we all could join the Mission of Thanks together. Each day at 4 pm I will post a thread of thankfulness on Facebook. Add yours in the comments.
Please know, I understand that some of you may be going through a difficult time right now. My prayer is that this would be an encouragement to you- too seek out the blessing (now matter how “small”) of each day. For hope does not disappoint!

Romans 5:5 The Message (MSG) There’s more to come: We continue to shout our praise even when we’re hemmed in with troubles, because we know how troubles can develop passionate patience in us, and how that patience in turn forges the tempered steel of virtue, keeping us alert for whatever God will do next. In alert expectancy such as this, we’re never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary—we can’t round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit!
