Sorry to hear that Sherri. Unfortunately, many DT stores still are getting used to the coupon policy. I would make a copy of it so you can show them printable coupons are not excluded. But with that being said… Some managers are interpreting the wording about not accepting Free item coupons to mean that you cannot use a $1 off because then it would be free. The policy is intending to be for coupons that say “free” on them. It is a little bit of a mess, especially since not all stores are handling it the same way
I have had no problem at the Bethel Rd, Lewis Center and Sawmill Rd stores. hope that helps!
